About Wolt

At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.

Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.

Joining Fleet Operations at Wolt means stepping into a role where challenges come fast and opportunities come even faster. You’ll lead from the front, push boundaries, and turn complexity into results. If you’re ambitious, thrive in dynamic environments, and see every obstacle as a chance to win - this is the ride of your life.

  • Support GDPR-related implementation and awareness in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct risk assessments and proactively identify operational or compliance gaps.
  • Improve governance structures, documentation standards, and audit preparedness.
  • Act as a senior point of contact for complex, high-impact fleet topics.
  • Responsible for overseeing the Excellence of Processes.

Your work will directly influence operational stability, risk mitigation, and the long-term quality of our fleet ecosystem.

Our humble expectations

  • 4+ years of experience in operations, project management, governance, or similar strategic roles.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects in dynamic environments.
  • Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
  • Solid understanding of commercial and employment law principles is a plus.
  • Familiarity with GDPR requirements in Germany and the EU is beneficial.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English required. German strongly preferred.

What we offer

At Wolt, we’re not looking for people who settle for “good enough.” We want those who see obstacles as opportunities, and get energy from pushing beyond limits. In this role, you’ll face complexity, fast-paced decisions, and constant change - and that’s exactly what makes it exciting.

We offer you:
