About the role

At Wolt, we’re looking for an Account Associate to join our Retail team - a great opportunity if you’re at the start of your career and eager to learn, grow, and make an impact from day one.

In this role, you’ll support and develop our retail partners, helping them succeed on our platform while learning how to build strong relationships, work with data, and drive business growth. If you enjoy collaborating with others, solving problems, and want to be part of shaping the future of shopping, this could be the perfect place to start your career.

Note: This is a 12 month Fixed term contract with the possibility to extend. 

What you’ll be doing

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

  • Build and develop relationships with a portfolio of small and medium-sized retail partners
  • Support partners in growing their business on Wolt by understanding their needs and suggesting improvements
  • Run regular check-ins with partners to review performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Help partners get the most out of Wolt by introducing features like campaigns, promotions, and ads
  • Work closely with teams like Marketing, Operations, and Support to solve partner needs and improve performance
  • Assist in planning and executing campaigns that attract new customers and increase orders
  • Learn to analyze performance data and use insights to support decision-making
  • Proactively suggest ways partners can improve their visibility and success on the platform
  • Contribute with structure and hands-on support in a fast-growing and evolving environment
  • Support the wider team in different projects and initiatives, gaining hands-on experience across different areas of the business

Our humble expectations 

  • You’re early in your career - experience in account management, sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in building relationships
  • Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • A positive, team-first attitude and willingness to take ownership of your work
  • Curious and eager to learn, especially when it comes to understanding data and improving performance
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and open to trying new things
  • Experience in retail or FMCG is a plus, but not essential
