World-class customer service is a cornerstone of Wolt, and our Courier Fleet Team is at the heart of this mission. We are building DeliveryOS, the industry-leading platform that empowers external fleet partners and logistics managers to maximize operational efficiency through tools that make courier and delivery management easy and compliant.

In this role, you will be responsible for the primary interface that logistics companies use to manage couriers and deliveries at scale across 30+ countries. While your core focus will be our web platform, our roadmap also includes exciting opportunities to develop features specifically for fleet couriers within our native Courier App.

📍This role can be based in one of our tech hubs in Sweden or Finland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces for DeliveryOS using modern frameworks such as React + TypeScript.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate designs and logistics requirements into functional, compliant features for our external partners.
  • Build and own end-to-end features for our fleet management platform and implement specific roadmap items for fleet couriers within the native Courier App.
  • Utilize a well-defined AI-powered development workflow and coding agents to plan, review, and implement code changes systematically to significantly improve delivery speed.
  • Debug, test, and maintain codebases using tools like Playwright for E2E testing to ensure high reliability, performance, and accessibility across browsers and devices.
  • Stay updated with frontend technologies to implement best practices and maintain high standards for engineering excellence.

Our Expectations

  • Frontend expertise: Proven experience in building customer-facing web applications with a focus on React.js and TypeScript.
  • Testing proficiency: Solid experience in testing, specifically unit testing (Jest, React Testing Library) and end-to-end testing with Playwright, to ensure the stability of our products.
  • Mobile interest: Experience or a strong interest in native mobile development (iOS/Swift or Android/Kotlin)—ideally through  production experience or side projects — to support our fleet courier app roadmap.
  • Autonomous ownership: Ability to take full ownership of the team's work, making technical decisions independently and validating AI-assisted outputs to ensure deep technical understanding.
  • Product thinking: You should not only do what's being told but participate in conversations and challenge proposed solutions to provide the best tools for fleet managers.
  • Analytical skills: Excellent problem-solving skills to navigate complex logistics workflows and ensure the platform remains scalable and efficient.
  • Effective communication: Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external fleet partners.
