The role you are looking at is a part of Wolt Market - our very own grocery stores that deliver unprecedented convenience and world leading customer experience. People across 21 countries can order their groceries and have them delivered to their doorstep at lightspeed!

Job summary, basic purpose of the role:

  • As a Wolt Market Supply Chain Manager, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing supply chain operations across assigned markets. You will work closely with suppliers, internal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement processes, inventory management, and supplier collaboration.
  • You will demonstrate ownership of supply chain efficiencies and play a critical role in building, managing and optimizing a complex procurement and replenishment setup that continues to evolve and expand. You will produce and analyze weekly metrics and be involved with all aspects of operational supplier management.
  • You ensure strong execution of defined supply chain standards and contribute to translating strategic priorities into operational improvements across the markets you support.

Key tasks and responsibilities of the role:

  • Own and manage inventory systems and replenishment processes.
  • Handle moderate to complex issues such as ordering optimization, service level deviations, and inventory imbalances.
  • Work independently on daily operational and tactical tasks while ensuring alignment with broader supply chain priorities.
  • Communicate and collaborate with vendors, Category, Operations and other internal stakeholders.
  • May lead small teams or provide guidance and oversight to junior supply chain roles.
  • Manage inventory related projects such as launching new product flows, process improvements, or system enhancements.
  • Make decisions regarding stock adjustments, forecast changes, and corrective actions to improve availability and reduce waste.
  • Work closely with vendors and internal departments to improve operational performance and supplier collaboration.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements related to inventory optimization and supply chain efficiency.
  • Analyze inventory and performance data, identify trends, and drive corrective actions.

Qualifications for the role:

  • Experience in supply chain management, inventory management or procurement with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Strong understanding of replenishment models and inventory optimization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively and drive execution.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to support decision making.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross functional teams.
  • High attention to detail and ability to operate both strategically and operationally.
  • Experience in retail supply chain environments is considered a strong advantage.
  • Excellent skills in G Suite or MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Fluency in English and in Greek.
