We are seeking a strategically driven Global Senior Brand Marketing Manager to join our centralized Brand Growth team. As part of our new global operating model, all brand strategy and creative development are unified under one structure to ensure stronger consistency, sharper positioning, and scalable brand impact across markets.

In this role, you will focus on translating business priorities, customer insights, and market challenges into clear brand strategies and campaign platforms. You will partner closely with Growth & Innovation, broader Marketing, Product, and Commercial teams to define the role of brand in solving business problems—while working with internal creative and /or external creative agencies, who will lead concept development and production execution.

This is a senior brand strategy role at the intersection of business, insight, and creative direction. The role reports to the Global Head of Brand Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Narrative Development

  • Translate business priorities, growth objectives, and customer challenges into clear brand strategies and campaign briefs
  • Define the role of brand across key business moments, ensuring alignment between commercial goals and long-term equity building
  • Contribute to the evolution of our global brand positioning, narrative frameworks, and value propositions
  • Identify strategic opportunities to strengthen differentiation and mental availability across markets

Global Brand Scaling & Execution

  • Translate global and market strategies into scalable, market-ready brand frameworks and execution models
  • Define how campaigns and brand initiatives are adapted and activated across diverse markets and touchpoints
  • Lead the development of toolkits, playbooks, and planning frameworks to enable consistent, high-quality execution
  • Identify opportunities to improve speed, efficiency, and creative effectiveness at scale
  • Feed market insights and performance learnings back into global strategy to continuously improve relevance and impact

Strategic Briefing & Agency Direction

  • Develop high-quality strategic briefs grounded in insight, data, and business context
  • Partner with internal creative and external creative agencies to shape campaign platforms and brand concepts
  • Provide strategic guidance and feedback to ensure creative work aligns with defined brand and business objectives
  • Act as a strategic counterpart to agency partners, ensuring clarity of direction and consistency of messaging

Cross-Functional Business Partnership

  • Collaborate closely with Growth & Innovation, broader Marketing, Planning, Product Marketing, Commercial, and Market teams to understand evolving business needs
  • Ensure brand strategies support acquisition, retention, and engagement priorities without compromising long-term brand equity
  • Align on campaign objectives, target audiences, and success metrics before creative development begins
  • Support senior leadership with clear articulation of brand strategy and its commercial impact

Brand Governance & Strategic Consistency

  • Safeguard global brand positioning and ensure strategic coherence across initiatives
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of brand frameworks, messaging hierarchies, and strategic toolkits
  • Ensure brand thinking is embedded early in planning cycles rather than applied late in execution

Insight & Performance Integration

  • Leverage customer insight, cultural trends, and performance data to inform brand strategy decisions
  • Monitor campaign outcomes and feed learnings back into future brand direction
  • Help define the metrics that link brand impact to business growth

Qualifications

  • 8-12+ years of experience in brand strategy, brand marketing, or strategic planning roles within global or multi-market organizations
  • Strong experience translating business challenges into brand strategy, positioning and campaign platforms
  • Proven experience scaling brand initiatives across multiple markets, including developing toolkits, playbooks, or frameworks that enable consistent and effective execution
  • Experience developing strategic briefs and working closely with creative agencies
  • Ability to connect brand-building with commercial outcomes (e.g., acquisition, retention, mental availability, share of search)
  • Experience working cross-functionally across global and local teams in complex organizations
  • Strong analytical and insight-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate strategy and influence senior stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with strong judgment and a track record of driving clarity and impact in ambiguous environments
