Day-to-day in this role you’ll be:

  • Supporting partners in leveraging marketing and growth solutions to help maximize their business potential on the platform.
  • Working closely with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns together with restaurant partners.
  • Preparing regular business reviews (monthly and quarterly), sharing performance insights, identifying opportunities, and building joint growth plans.
  • Analysing operational and commercial metrics to identify trends, address challenges, and propose data-driven solutions that improve partner performance and customer experience.
  • Leading collaborative discussions and negotiations around campaigns, marketing investments, and initiatives that create long-term value.
  • Helping partners in adopting new tools, features, and operational best practices.
  • Staying up to date with local market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to strengthen partner presence.

Our humble expectations:

  • Solid experience in account management, partnership management, or a similar partner-facing role.
  • Experience working with performance metrics, marketing solutions, or growth initiatives is a plus
  • Strong relationship-building skills and fluency in both Polish and English.
  • Commercially aware and comfortable working in sales-driven environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance metrics; familiarity with tools like Looker or Power BI is a plus.
  • Well-structured, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing partner relationships and priorities.
  • Well-structured, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a collaborative, hands-on approach.
  • Experience with CRM systems and a genuine passion for food and developing the best restaurants in town will both be an advantage.
