Our Sales teams create and build our relationships with merchants. What you’ll be doing 

As a member of the Sales Support team, you will play a key role in providing ongoing support to ensure a smooth and high-quality experience to our merchant partners. This includes establishing effective communication channels, maintaining service standards, assisting partner growth through data-driven insights, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve urgent needs and share best practices.

  • What you’ll be doing: Menu & Assortment Management – Leading updates and improvements to restaurant menus and retail assortments on the platform; 
  • Quality & Satisfaction Checks – Ensuring our portfolio of stores reach the highest Wolt service standards by conducting regular quality and satisfaction assessments; 
  • Training & Support – Training our partner venues on how to use Wolt’s Portal and equipment to operate effectively and independently; 
  • Sales & Operational Support – Assisting the Account Management and Merchant teams with partner-related administrative tasks, coordination, and performance-boosting initiatives; 
  • Equipment & Tech Management – Resolving technical issues related to merchant operations; 
  • Process Improvement – Identifying bottlenecks, suggesting improvements, and taking ownership of projects aimed at enhancing partner satisfaction and operational efficiency; 
  • Collaboration – Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience for both new and existing partners, while staying agile as the company continues to grow. 

Our humble expectations: 

  • Detail-Oriented & Organized – You enjoy structure and keeping things running smoothly; 
  • Customer-Focused – Previous experience in customer service, administration, or sales support is a plus; 
  • Tech-Savvy – Comfortable working with digital tools and managing data; 
  • Great Communicator – You’ll be in regular contact with merchants and internal teams; 
  • Fluent in Greek & English – Both languages are essential; 
  • Bonus Points – Experience in the restaurant, retail, or e-commerce industry is a plus!
