About Wolt

At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe.

Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life.

Wolt is a Finnish technology company and we’re best known for our food delivery platform. In 2014, we started with restaurant food delivery in Helsinki, Finland. Today, we're in the delivery of (almost) everything, our platform is available in 30+ countries and used by more than 50 million consumers, and our diverse and talented team is already over 14,000 strong. Now, together with DoorDash, we’re building a global leader in our industry.

The role you are looking at is a part of Wolt Market - our very own grocery stores that deliver unprecedented convenience and world leading customer experience. People across 21 countries can order their groceries and have them delivered to their doorstep at lightspeed!

As a Supply Chain Analyst in Czechia, you’ll make sure our Wolt Market stores have the right products, in the right quantities, at the right time – while keeping waste and stock-related losses under control. You’ll work closely with Store Operations, Category, Content and Finance to turn commercial plans and vendor constraints into executable stock plans for our stores.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you’ll own inventory health and replenishment for a defined set of Wolt Market stores and vendors in Czechia. You’ll use data to decide how much to order and when, react to demand changes, and fix the root causes behind out-of-stocks or shrink.

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

  • Set and maintain replenishment parameters (min/max, safety stock, lead times, order multiples) for your stores and vendors.
  • Monitor on-shelf availability, shrink and stock cover, and adjust ordering logic to meet targets.
  • Use dashboards and in-house tools to track inbound accuracy, PO status, shrink and stock variance, and turn findings into clear actions.
  • Run deep-dives on recurring issues (chronic out-of-stocks, high-shrink SKUs, vendor reliability problems) and recommend sustainable fixes.
  • Work closely with Store Managers and Area/Operations Managers to address receiving issues, labeling problems, damaged goods or wrong GTINs that impact stock health.
  • Collaborate with Category & Content on new vendor onboarding, case sizes, shelf-life settings and launch quantities to ensure new items are set up correctly before ordering starts.
  • Help refine receiving and exception flows (e.g. handling “missing active offer”, unknown GTINs, damaged or short deliveries) so that inventory data and vendor claims remain accurate.

Our humble expectations

  • Experience in supply chain, inventory, operations or retail roles (e.g. replenishment, demand planning, inventory control, category & supply ops or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills and high comfort with spreadsheets and data; able to read dashboards, spot patterns and translate them into ordering or process changes.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Category, Content and Finance and to turn store-level observations into data-backed actions.
  • Structured and detail-oriented working style with strong ownership of your KPIs.
  • Fluent Czech and English, spoken and written.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Looker or other BI tools and basic SQL.
  • Background in grocery / FMCG or quick-commerce environments.
  • Experience with centralised replenishment, DC flows or automated ordering.
