Our Sales teams create and build our relationships with merchants. Together, we’ve helped big brands, local stores and neighborhood restaurants do over €15 billion’s worth of business through our platform. We are now looking for an experienced and strategic Account Manager with a true service-first and analytical mindset to join our team. This is a varied and challenging role where you’ll build strong relationships with our restaurant partners, optimize their business performance, and help them grow successfully on the Wolt platform.
What you’ll be doing
In this role, you’ll own and develop your restaurant portfolio, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner while driving long-term growth, operational excellence, and commercial success.
Day-to-day in this role you’ll:
- Strategically manage and develop professional relationships with restaurant partners post-onboarding
- Ensure long-term partner satisfaction and successful business collaboration
- Act as the main point of contact for restaurant partners and serve as a key link between internal teams and partners
- Drive partner growth through portfolio analysis, active account management, and performance optimization
- Conduct regular quality and satisfaction checks to ensure high service standards
- Provide analytical after-sales support and actionable recommendations to improve partner performance
- Prepare reports, analyses, and recommendations to support partner business development
- Use data and insights to optimize partner performance and improve key business metrics
- Promote new services, features, and marketing campaigns to existing partners
- Strategically plan and coordinate promotional and marketing activities together with restaurant partners
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns and increase partner visibility and sales
- Manage and align commercial partnership terms to ensure long-term successful collaboration
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and recommend initiatives to support partner growth
- Analyze the local market and monitor competitor activity on an ongoing basis
- Maintain strong communication with partners via phone, email, and other communication channels
Our humble expectations
You’ll do well at Wolt if you:
- Have 3–5 years of experience in account management, sales, or partnership management with clear commercial impact
- Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to adapt your communication style to different stakeholders
- Possess a strong analytical mindset and experience using analytics platforms or data tools to drive decisions
- Are comfortable working with dashboards and reporting tools such as Looker, Power BI, Excel, or Google Sheets
- Have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset
- Take a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and business development
- Demonstrate high ownership, reliability, and the ability to work independently
- Can identify growth opportunities and turn insights into actionable recommendations
- Are fluent in the local language and English
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments and adapt quickly to change
