We’re looking for part-time (20 hrs/week) Support Associates who can communicate fluently in English, both in writing and speaking. You’ll join our remote Support team and as part of our Shared Service Center, you’ll be supporting several Wolt countries and making a real impact every day.

What you’ll be doing:

  • • Assisting customers, courier partners, and venues across multiple countries via live chat and phone
  • • Helping ensure smooth and efficient delivery operations
  • • Working closely with the support team and other Wolt teams to continuously improve our service

What we’re looking for:

  • You don’t need previous customer service experience - we’ll train you! If you do have
  • experience, that’s a bonus, but what really matters is your attitude and eagerness to learn. You should be able to communicate clearly, warmly, and with a customer-first mindset

Must haves:

  • A strong and reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment without distractions (this is a fully remote position, but all work must be performed from Serbia only)
  • Candidates must also be available to fully participate in the training and onboarding process
  • Availability to work 5 days (20 hours) per week across different shift types (morning, evening, weekend) is required, as we operate 24/7 (each shift lasts 4 hours)
  • Are fluent in Serbian and have professional working proficiency in English
  • Ability to learn quickly, multitask with ease, and enjoy a fast-paced and techy savvy environment
