Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Merchant Onboarding Lead to join our team in Poland. This role demands a strong commitment to providing exceptional support while ensuring the success of our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the team, optimizing performance and guaranteeing that our merchant partners receive a top-tier, world-class experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure operations efficiency and serve as the primary point of contact for the team when questions or issues arise
- Conduct regular one-on-ones to monitor performance, provide feedback, and support professional growth
- Ensure team members are well-supported, motivated, and trained
- Hire and train associates to scale the Merchant Onboarding team
- Collaborate with other teams (e.g., Sales, Support, Account Management) to ensure a seamless merchant experience
- Analyze team performance metrics, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to processes and tools
- Own and manage operational and strategic projects
- Report to Merchant Operations Manager
Qualifications
- You have minimum 2 years of experience in in a managerial role
- You speak fluent Polish and English
- You thrive in a fast paced environment and are able to prioritize effectively
- You are a natural doer - but knows how to efficiently delegate responsibilities and tasks
- You are structured and understand the need for process documentation and data discipline
- You are an analytical thinker and experienced working with data

Compensation & Benefits for Poland
The total target compensation (On-Target Earnings) for this role is 13069 - 16336 PLN gross per month. The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed above and is determined based on a number of job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. This compensation is composed of a 80/20 split between base salary and variable pay (where the base salary represents 80% of the total range above). Eligible employees may earn variable compensation if they meet 100% of their performance targets. Actual earnings may be higher if targets are exceeded or lower if targets are not fully met.
