At Wolt, we’re looking for a Senior Account Manager in our retail team who will play a key role in supporting our biggest retail partners and helping them succeed on our platform. As our new Senior Account Manager you’ll manage and develop a portfolio of retail partners, focusing on building strong relationships, using data to drive performance, and delivering results for Wolt, our partners, and our customers.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own and develop the partnerships with some of our largest and most important accounts
  • Build strong senior stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor to drive long-term growth
  • Lead quarterly business reviews to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and define joint growth plans
  • Understand merchant priorities and business challenges, translate them into clear actions, and co-create solutions that deliver measurable impact
  • Identify and execute both gradual improvements and step-change growth opportunities across the partnership
  • Drive revenue growth for both Wolt and the partner through a data-driven approach focused on commercial performance, profitability, and operational excellence
  • Introduce, negotiate, and execute new Wolt products, services, and commercial opportunities to expand the partnership and unlock new revenue streams
  • Use data and insights to identify trends, influence decision-making, and prioritize the highest-impact initiatives
  • Act as the key point of contact between the partner and internal teams including Operations, Marketing, Support, Product, and Leadership
  • Partner closely with Marketing to develop and execute strategic campaigns that drive customer acquisition, retention, and partner growth
  • Bring structure, ownership, and hands-on execution while helping shape best practices in a fast-evolving environment

Our humble expectations

  • Proven experience in account management, customer success, sales, consulting, or another commercial role with ownership of large or strategic accounts
  • Fluency in Danish is required for this position
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and turn insights into action
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence at all levels of an organization
  • Strong relationship-building skills and experience managing senior decision-makers
  • Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives independently
  • High ownership, strong execution skills, and a track record of delivering measurable business results
  • Comfortable working with data and translating analysis into business recommendations; advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills are expected, and experience with BI tools such as Looker or Power BI is a plus
  • Experience in retail, FMCG, e-commerce, marketplace businesses, or a related industry is an advantage
  • Experience managing large, complex, or strategic partnerships is a strong plus
