Als Werkstudent:in (m/w/x) im Retail Sales Team arbeitest du eng mit unseren Sales-, Account Management- und Onboarding-Teams zusammen, um unseren Einzelhandelspartnern zu helfen, Produktdaten zu erstellen und zu sammeln.

Eine deiner Hauptaufgaben ist die Koordination von Vor-Ort-Einsätzen bei unseren Einzelhandelspartnern wie Supermärkten: Du briefst und steuerst externe Mitarbeiter:innen und behältst den Überblick über den Fortschritt der Einsätze. Daneben arbeitest du viel mit Excel, um Einsätze und Produktdaten zu planen und auszuwerten. Es wird nie langweilig, du bekommst vielfältige Einblicke ins Unternehmen und gestaltest mit uns die Zukunft von Wolt Retail mit.

What you’ll be doing

Als Werkstudent:in im Retail Sales Team koordinierst du Vor-Ort-Einsätze bei unseren Einzelhandelspartnern und unterstützt unsere Sales-, Account Management- und Onboarding-Teams bei allen Themen rund um das Sortiment unserer Partner.

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

  • Koordination von Vor-Ort-Einsätzen bei unseren Einzelhandelspartnern (u. a. Supermärkte und andere Retailer)
  • Briefing externer Mitarbeiter:innen vor ihren Einsätzen
  • Monitoring und Qualitätskontrolle der durchgeführten Einsätze
  • Pflege und Auswertung von Einsatz- und Produktdaten in Excel
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams Sales, Onboarding und Account Management

Our humble expectations

  • Du bist während deiner gesamten Tätigkeit als Werkstudent:in an einer Hochschule eingeschrieben (Immatrikulationsbescheinigung erforderlich)
  • Du sprichst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und fließend Englisch
  • Du bist kommunikativ, teamfähig und arbeitest gewissenhaft und zuverlässig
  • Du arbeitest routiniert mit Excel (z. B. Formeln, Pivot-Tabellen) und fühlst dich sicher im Umgang mit digitalen Tools
  • Du bist digital affin und hast Interesse an unserem Business im Bereich E-Commerce und Retail
