We're looking for a highly organized and structured mind to join Wolt's Marketing team in Germany as a Brand Marketing Associate. Our mission is to create a strong brand that wins consumers' hearts and minds. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing our brand campaigns, keeping multi-channel productions, timelines, and stakeholders on track. Working closely with our in-house teams as well as creative agencies.  You'll make sure our campaigns run smoothly and show up in a bold,  consistent, and on-brand way. It's a role for someone who loves bringing order to chaos, enjoys ownership, and wants to grow into more strategic brand work over time.

What you’ll be doing

Day-to-day in this role, you’ll:

  • Manage our campaign productions across all platforms (online video, OOH/DOOH, audio, paid social, direct mail, CRM and more), owning timelines, asset planning and delivery, and supporting briefs.
  • Align multiple stakeholders to create cohesive 360° campaigns that win consumers' hearts and minds.
  • Take ownership of special projects and productions: merch, activations, PR and more.
  • Keep everything organized and on track, and make sure assets are correct, on-brand, and approved before they go live.
  • Use AI in your day-to-day life and help us figure out how it can make our projects run more smoothly and efficiently. 
  • Work together with the local marketing team on the everyday agenda and ad-hoc tasks.

Our humble expectations:

  • You have gained some relevant experience in marketing (preferably offline/online campaign or project management), brand, or advertising.
  • You are exceptionally organized and structured; you bring order to chaos and love keeping projects on track (this matters most to us).
  • You enjoy ownership and can really own a project, work independently, prioritize, and ask for guidance when needed.
  • You are a doer who can both come up with ideas and execute/follow up on them.
  • You have a feel for branding and care about how a brand comes to life; you're curious about what makes a brand strong and consistent.
  • You have excellent writing and verbal skills in German and high skills in English.
  • You're comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides. Advantage: Looker.
  • You speak 'AI' fluently; using tools like ChatGPT or Claude is simply part of your daily workflow, not an occasional lookup. Curious to keep pushing this further, incl. into project management.
  • You bring good energy, are hands-on, and thrive in a fast-moving environment focused on getting things done.
  • Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a similar field.
