What you’ll be doing

  • Managing the onboarding process for new merchants joining the platform
  • Supporting merchants during their first days of operation to ensure a smooth launch experience
  • Providing guidance on menu setup, operational readiness, and platform best practices
  • Advising merchants on ways to improve quality, customer experience, and order volume
  • Monitoring merchant performance and supporting them in achieving operational and business goals
  • Supporting the launch of new areas and contributing to market expansion projects
  • Acting as the main point of contact for onboarding-related questions and operational support
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Commercial, Merchant Services, Operations, and Support teams
  • Identifying opportunities to improve onboarding processes and merchant experience
  • Ensuring merchants are fully equipped to succeed and grow on the platform

Our humble expectations

  • Experience in customer service or another people-facing business role
  • Recent graduates with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset are welcome to apply
  • Communication and training skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and systems
  • Solution-oriented mindset with good problem-solving skills
  • Coordinating and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Fluent in Albanian and working proficiency in English
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel regularly for business trips
  • Experience with CRM tools, Monday.com, Slack, or similar tools is considered a plus
  • Familiarity with food delivery, marketplaces, or e-commerce is considered an advantage
