Retail Development Associate

Together, we’ve helped big brands, local stores and neighborhood restaurants do over €15 billion’s worth of business through our platform. We’re constantly launching new cities and products, so there are always new opportunities to expand your skills and progress your career. As our new Retail Development Associate, you’ll help partners get set up on Wolt, support their day-to-day operations, and ensure they have the training, tools, and guidance needed to succeed.

What you’ll be doing

As Retail Development Associate, you’ll focus on onboarding, supporting, and growing SMB retail partners. You’ll work across teams to provide training, resolve challenges, and monitor performance to help partners thrive on the platform.

Day-to-day in this role you’ll:

  • Assist with onboarding new SMB retail partners to the Wolt platform
  • Support in building and updating digital product catalogs
  • Provide partners with training on how to use the platform effectively
  • Troubleshoot partner challenges and coordinate with the relevant internal teams
  • Monitor key performance indicators and support partners in improving their results
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing, and sales teams to ensure partner success

  • Have a proven track record of making sales and closing deals.
  • Take a hands-on, proactive approach to getting stuff done and seeing things through.
  • Have fluent and persuasive written and spoken communication skills in English and Hungarian.
  • Are entrepreneurial, innovative, and good at solving problems.
  • Can adapt quickly in a rapidly changing market.
  • Have around 1 year in onboarding, customer support, or retail operations, executing defined workflows end to end and meeting SLAs.
  • Are tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems, troubleshooting basic issues and escalating smartly when they exceed scope.
