About the Role
Wonderschool is looking for a Manager of our Inside Sales Team, or better known as Provider Engagement Representatives, who is passionate about helping our customers and company succeed. You are a sales manager, a people person, and incredibly goal oriented. You are quota-driven, a problem-solver, and a go-getter. You are comfortable developing new and evolving sales processes. You are passionate about improving the world through education and technology. And you are excited about working at a startup on a rapidly growing team where our goals, roles and incredible opportunities can evolve. As Manager, Inside Sales Team, you'll be responsible for the team that owns the top of our provider sales and recruitment funnel. From qualifying leads to prospecting inbound and outbound opportunities, your team will be the first line of education for our potential customers. You will also be responsible for communicating the value of Wonderschool and our products to both customers and our team, as well as keeping the team on target to hit team and company-wide monthly goals.
What you'll do
- Manage a team of Provider Engagement Reps responsible for:
- Managing the top-of-funnel pipeline of leads and driving outbound, high volume sales efforts
- Closing a high volume of subscription deals
- Recruiting new child care provider leads
- Sharing product knowledge and hosting demos, via phone or Zoom
- Manage the strategy for prospecting, scheduling, and communication with the pipeline
- Own the data; ability to pull reports and lead lists to meet team goals
- Be the ultimate sales coach; train the team on high volume prospecting, strategic selling, and closing the deal
- Coach and train team to be passionate and knowledgeable about product
- Work cross-functionally within the organization
- Contribute to the positive, high-performing, and winning culture of the sales team.
Ideal candidates will have:
● 6+ years of SaaS sales and/or recruitment experience
● Deep care for our mission, vision and our customers, putting their needs first and bringing energy and intention to every customer interaction
● Proven experience achieving and pushing team past goals and quotas
● Comfort with high volume/velocity sales, as well as a dynamic startup environment that will evolve rapidly
● Ability to problem solve and move well through ambiguity
● Growth-mindset with a resilient backbone to move through rejection and find the ideal provider in a stack of resumes
● Hunger to continue developing your skills and mastering your craft
● Tendency to celebrate wins, not shy away from misses, and ability to learn from both
● Excellent communication, organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
● Ability to execute virtual zoom demonstrations on the Wonderschool product
● A passion for improving the world through education
● Proficiency with CRM (Hubspot) and Sales Engagement tools
Wonderschool provides the wage ranges it reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for all remote roles and as otherwise required by applicable law. The expected salary range for this role is $75,000 - $110,000/year with an with OTE target of $200k. Compensation and OTE may vary based on factors such as skillset, experience, and location within a geographic area.
