About the Role
Wonderschool is looking for a Sales Recruitment Representative who is passionate about helping our customers succeed. As a Sales Recruitment Representative, you'll be responsible for owning the top of our sales and provider recruitment funnel. From qualifying leads to prospecting inbound and outbound opportunities, you will be the first line of education for our potential Providers. You will also be responsible for communicating the value of Wonderschool and our products over the phone or through video demonstrations. You’ll be in contact with a large volume of customers on a daily basis via phone, Zoom, or in-person, with a relentless focus on sourcing new opportunities for our Provider Onboarding team.
What you'll do
- Drive engaging recruitment conversations with future providers to learn more about their desire to launch and manage a small business in child care and how Wonderschool could enable their entrepreneurship journey
- Conduct outreach to drive a pipeline of future providers via phone, SMS, other methods of communication
- Host webinars and recruitment events throughout Michigan and in other key geographies as needed (travel up to 50%)
- Manage the prospecting, scheduling, and communication around new provider appointments
- Keep accurate data about your pipeline and own your sales cycle to prospect for clear understanding of the competitive landscape and the effective completion of a sale including finding the right people and guiding them through the process.
- Proactively support the onboarding of providers by creating and distributing a variety of written communications as well as having direct 1:1 reach-outs.
- Respond to direct emails and other communications types (including calls and text) from providers quickly, accurately, and enthusiastically
- Contribute to the positive, high-performing, and winning culture of the sales team.
Ideal candidates will have:
- 3+ years of sales, recruitment or relevant customer-facing experience
- Deep care for our mission, vision and our customers, putting their needs first and bringing energy and intention to every customer interaction
- Ability to problem solve and move well through ambiguity
- Growth-mindset with a resilient backbone to move through rejection and find ideal providers
- Proven experience achieving and pushing past goals and quotas
- Hunger to continue developing your skills and mastering your craft
- Tendency to celebrate wins, not shy away from misses, and ability to learn from both
- Excellent communication, organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
- Comfort with high volume/velocity sales and a dynamic startup environment that evolves rapidly
- Ability to execute virtual Zoom demonstrations of the Wonderschool products
- Proficiency with CRM, Sales Engagement tools, Conversation tools, and other general tech stack knowledge to gain efficiencies throughout the sales process
