WongDoody Seattle is looking for a full-time, highly motivated and enthusiastic Client Partner (also known as Account Supervisor) to work on a major retail telecom client. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Act as key day-to-day strategic partner and agency point of contact to Clients.
  • Keep projects on-brand and on-strategy using brief as north star, supporting both Clients and internal team at brief level as necessary.
  • Collaborate internally to find value-add insights/opportunities and solutions to Client needs, including prioritization of workload.
  • Be a thought leader on the category and competition and proactively bring new thinking to your Clients and to the team as inspiration.
  • Manage development and execution of a variety of retail projects including but not limited to PDF, print and digital deliverables.
  • Prioritize and multi-task to facilitate an efficient flow of work for yourself and people you manage.
  • Manage at one or two direct reports, regularly providing guidance at brief level, support for escalation, and thought leadership.
  • Establish, improve and maintain processes and documents across departments for reference, training, and ongoing improvements.
  • Work closely with strategist and creative teams to develop integrated creative briefs.
  • Make sure all client expectations and deliverables are met accurately, on time, and with a smile on their faces.
  • Support team and contribute to weekly meetings to keep team apprised of changes, and priorities in status meetings, team meetings and weekly training sessions.
  • Collaborate closely with manager, and peer level associates on overarching workload, team initiatives, process improvements, etc.
  • Report to the AVP regularly keeping them updated, and informed in daily and/or weekly check-ins.
  • Proactively identify areas of growth for the agency, including new process recommendations, new business building ideas, and cross-departmental, and cross-agency collaborations.

WHAT YOU'RE LIKE

  • Curious and engaged. Are interested in advertising, design, wireless industry, retail, research and trends.
  • A sense of humor!

WHAT YOU'VE GOT

  • 5+ years of experience in account management experience within agency or marketing environment. Background in retail and/or telecom category preferred. 
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle a large number of projects simultaneously and complete them on time with the highest level of quality.
  • Understanding of integrated production and the ability to lead various productions from start to finish.
  • Ability to thoughtfully evaluate creative work from both a strategic and execution perspective.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Empathy and drive to grow and inspire your team, and connect with Clients and team members outside your department.
  • Confident and persuasive presenter able to thoughtfully convey information to stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to carefully listen and process input from either Client or Agency and question it to assure validity versus other alternatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field desired.
