Head of AI, North America

The Head of AI, North America will lead the creation, adoption, and scaling of AI-driven capabilities across our creative, UX/UI, product, and digital marketing disciplines. This leader will define our AI vision, drive experimentation and productization of GenAI tools, elevate client work through automation and intelligence, and shape how AI transforms agency operations and creative output.

You will partner with executive leadership, clients, technology teams, and creative leaders to embed AI into product design, content creation, marketing performance, employee experience, resource planning, and new business. This is both a strategic and hands-on role—ideal for someone who can balance innovation, rigor, and empathy in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic AI Leadership for Creative, Product & Marketing
  • Define the North America AI strategy aligned with agency growth plans, creative excellence, and client outcomes.
  • Build an AI roadmap for UX/UI, product experiences, digital marketing, and GenAI-powered content creation.
  • Identify high-value use cases across design workflows, creative ideation, prototyping, marketing analytics, and personalization.
  • Evangelize intentional AI adoption across leadership, clients, and cross-functional team with clear KPIs.
  • Ensure all AI initiatives comply with privacy, IP protection, ethical standards, and emerging regulations with input from our parent company, Infosys.
  1. AI-Enhanced Creative & Product Experience Innovation
  • Integrate AI into UX/UI and product design and marketing workflows, from concepting to prototyping to testing.
    • Partner with experience design, creative, strategy and production teams to accelerate workflows, ideation, artifact generation, user research synthesis, and usability insights.
  • Develop GenAI-based tools and frameworks to expand creative exploration and design variability.
  • Champion responsible AI usage in creative and content pipelines.
  • Identify ways in which AI can responsibly contribute to scaling insights and research
  1. AI for Digital Marketing & Performance
  • Build data-driven AI models for audience targeting, attribution, optimization, forecasting, and media performance.
  • Unify data across platforms like GA4, Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn, HubSpot, Salesforce, BigQuery, and Looker to power predictive insights.
  • Automate reporting, narrative insight generation, and performance diagnostics across client accounts.
  • Translate complex model outputs into simple, actionable recommendations for marketing and account teams.
  1. Workflow, Operations & Resource Optimization
  • Design AI-enabled systems and optimize to improve resourcing, capacity planning, utilization, margin protection, and delivery forecasting.
  • Shift the agency from reactive management to predictive, data-led operations.
  • Apply AI to optimize delivery timelines, staffing models, and project risk identification.
  • Partner with PMO, finance, and operations to embed AI across daily workflows.
  • Understand the AI solutions and capabilities of Infosys (our parent company) and how we could leverage them in our own workflows and solutions
  1. AI Platform, Infrastructure & Governance
  • Lead the design and implementation of AI tooling, including model orchestration, prompt frameworks, vector search, and internal AI agents.
  • Ensure secure, responsible use of client data and proprietary assets in AI workflows.
  • Establish and evolve governance for model usage, data handling, and content quality aligned with Infosys requirements.
  • Work with technology teams to ensure AI systems are stable, scalable, and compliant.
  1. Client Leadership & New Business
  • Act as a senior AI advisor for clients in product, marketing, and creative domains.
  • Support pitches, upsell programs, and strategic engagements by showcasing AI-driven differentiation.
  • Communicate AI concepts and value clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with client CMO/CPO/CDOs, design leaders, and digital teams.
  • Craft thought leadership and POVs for publication on our owned and external channels this can include long and short-term content
  1. Team Leadership & Capability Building
  • Mentor cross-functional teams including data analysts, strategists, designers, and creative technologists.
  • Raise AI literacy across the agency through training, frameworks, and everyday use cases.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and responsible innovation, that align and adhere to approved agency created AI policies and Infosys policies
  • Enable teams to use AI confidently without over-reliance on specialists.
  1. Continuous Improvement an Innovation
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in GenAI, design tooling, LLMs, marketing AI, creative automation, and product intelligence.
  • Continuously refine internal AI frameworks for speed, scalability, and repeatability.
  • Ensure AI capabilities evolve in line with client expectations and agency growth.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bonus if you have experience in creative production for marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience applying AI to creative workflows, UX/UI design, digital marketing optimization, or content generation.
  • Strong understanding of LLMs, model orchestration, prompt engineering, vector databases, and AI agent ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience with data unification, analytics environments, and ML frameworks (Python, cloud AI services, analytics platforms).
  • Background in production is a plus.
  • Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams with both technical and creative talent.
  • Polished and persuasive communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with a proven ability to simplify complexity for executives, clients and internal teams.
  • Deep commitment to ethical, transparent, and responsible AI use.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, HCI, or related field.
  • Experience with creative or product design tools enhanced by AI (e.g., Figma AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Sora, Runway).
  • Familiarity with marketing and analytics ecosystems (BigQuery, GA4, Salesforce, HubSpot, Looker).
  • Experience integrating proprietary models with cloud AI services (Azure/OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex).
  • Previous leadership experience in a creative or digital agency.
