About the opportunity:

We are looking for a Staff / Senior QA Engineer who can join us along this mission and vision. You’ll become an integral part of the QA team, which is in charge of testing and refining our products to ensure unrivalled quality. Interested? Keep on reading!

What you’ll be working on:

• Act as a quality gatekeeper for our production trading systems, ensuring high reliability and stability through structured manual and automated testing.
• Partner closely with developers, product managers, and other QA teammates to understand feature scope and edge cases from both business and technical perspectives.
• Perform API, backend, and UI testing; validate across multiple platforms (Web, Mobile) as needed.
• Own and improve test documentation, case traceability, and issue reporting standards.
• Participate actively in requirement reviews, bug triaging, release planning, and risk mitigation discussions.
• Guide and support junior QA engineers through code reviews, feedback sharing, and knowledge transfer—without formal people management.
• Help build and evolve automation tools using Python, JavaScript, or other relevant stacks.

About you:

• 5+ years of hands-on QA experience in high-availability or high-transaction environments.
• Proficient in manual and automated testing, especially for APIs and backend systems.
• Familiar with network analysis tools (e.g., Postman, Wireshark, Charles) and MySQL.
• Experienced with test planning, bug lifecycle management, and tools like Jira, TestLink.
• Solid scripting knowledge (Python, JavaScript) for automation tasks is a plus.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills; capable of working cross-functionally and in fast-paced release cycles.
• Comfortable sharing best practices and helping grow QA excellence across the team.
