People Management
Lead a team of 8 -10 colleagues to enable colleague development, drive
revenue growth and service delivery of the team
Oversee day-to-day account team activities and client servicing staff
performance
Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to maximize career development
for client servicing staff
Work with Practice Directors and Practice Managers to develop people
management skills
Operational
Monitor work allocation and adherence to service standards
Serve as quality control for client servicing teams to ensure that clients have
continuous and proper coverage
Client Servicing
Dedicate 20-25% of time to client work with the rest dedicated towards
people management
Monitor and support retention of business
Strengthen client relationships and serve as an internal thought leader;
support client servicing team with responses to more complex client needs
and questions to improve the client experience
Strategic
Help establish the growth and retention strategy for account team and
monitor implementation
Ensure the success of relationships with moderately complex clients,
prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and
drive growth
Support long-term growth of Woodruff Sawyer through participating in
recruiting efforts and interviewing candidates
Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
5+ years of insurance brokerage experience
Working knowledge of insurance coverages
Excellent analytical, project management and problem-solving skills
Excellent leadership skills

More About Us:
Compensation: Anticipated salary between $95,000- $158,000. Salary offered will
be dependent upon geography, experience, and expertise of the candidate.
This position is eligible to participate in an incentive program to earn additional
compensation with a target equivalent to 10% of salary annually, based on
individual and Company performance
