The Opportunity

We’re seeking a senior DLT Expert to join our Engineering team. You will report to our CPO in the venture studio. You will serve as the architect and strategist for distributed ledger solutions in private credit and beyond. This is not a coding-heavy role - it’s about designing scalable, compliant, and adoption-ready architectures for some of the largest hedge funds and asset managers in the world.

What You’ll Do

• Architect DLT-based workflows integrated with SQL, RPA, and AI automation
• Map critical workflows (deal intake, reconciliations, NAV close, audit prep) into ledgerized events
• Design solutions that overcome adoption barriers (compliance, performance, legacy integration)
• Define the studio-wide blockchain strategy for multiple financial verticals
• Translate complex financial processes into clear architecture diagrams and roadmaps for stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years in engineering leadership, systems architecture, or DLT product development
• Proven track record delivering DLT systems in financial institutions
• Expertise in DLT financially-oriented languages (highly preferred)
• Strong knowledge of financial infrastructure (settlement, NAV cycles, reconciliations)
• Based in U.S. (NYC or Bay Area preferred)

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Hyperledger, Corda, Quorum, JPMorgan Onyx
• Startup experience / ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
