The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Venture Studio team within Product & Engineering. This is a unique opportunity to help shape and visually define new ventures from the ground up. Each venture has a story to tell, and before product-market fit, design is how we bring that story to life.

You’ll be responsible for turning early ideas into compelling, high-quality design experiences that communicate vision and help drive early traction. You’ll work across several early-stage concepts, partnering with product leadership, engineers, and the studio team to create products that push boundaries and reimagine industries.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving, zero-to-one environments and wants to set the creative direction for a growing venture studio.

What You’ll Do

• Translate product requirements into user experiences, information architecture, and design flows
• Rapidly iterate and evolve prototypes from low-fidelity concepts to polished, interactive designs
• Build high-fidelity responsive UX and UI prototypes for web applications based on user stories and product requirements
• Create and maintain a shared design system and component library for use across the studio’s ventures
• Partner closely with product leadership to define and refine design direction
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure seamless design-to-code implementation
• Contribute to building a strong, collaborative design culture within the studio

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in product design or UI/UX design, ideally within a startup, venture, or design-led company
• Deep expertise in Figma, including design systems, prototyping, and team collaboration
• Working knowledge of CSS to maintain and evolve a shared component library
• A strong portfolio that shows an ability to tell stories through design and bring early-stage ideas to life
• An eye for aesthetics and attention to visual detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once and adjust design direction across different ventures
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working closely with engineers and product leadership

Nice to Have

• Experience with React or TypeScript, or an interest in learning how to contribute to component libraries
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools such as Cursor or other creative workflow tools
• Experience in a venture studio, design agency, or early-stage startup environment
• Background in creating or scaling design systems across multiple products
• Passion for visual storytelling and designing products that inspire and engage users
