We’re looking for a strategic and inspiring Director of Product Management to take ownership of the future of June’s Journey, our hit hidden object game. This role is more than managing features — it’s about driving the long-term success of the game with clarity, ambition, and deep player focus.

You’ll work closely with the Game Director and leadership team to define and execute a multi-year product strategy, ensuring that June’s Journey continues to thrive, evolve, and delight players worldwide.

• Own the product roadmap and lead its execution, bringing the shared product vision to life in close collaboration with the Game Director and fellow product leaders.
• Lead the planning, prioritization, and delivery of high-impact features that unlock greater value for players—and, as a result, help June’s Journey grow and evolve meaningfully.
• Apply strong commercial and revenue acumen to product planning—owning forecasting, setting clear goals, and measuring performance to ensure sustainable business impact.
• Champion a culture of strategic thinking, experimentation, and data-informed decision-making.
• Collaborate across disciplines to align execution with vision.
• Foster team-wide accountability, ownership, and clarity of focus.
• Develop and coach a team of Product Managers into confident, proactive leaders.

About you

• Proven experience leading product management for live games, with a strong track record of shipping impactful features, driving continuous improvement, and owning the product roadmap end-to-end.
• A strategic mindset and the ability to look ahead 3+ years, not just the next milestone.
• Strong leadership skills grounded in empathy, resilience, and decisiveness.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• A passion for players, product quality, and building something that lasts.
