We’re looking for a strategic HR Partner to play a key leadership role in shaping our People Team. You’ll partner closely with employees and stakeholders across the business, supporting the full employee lifecycle and driving initiatives that elevate the employee experience.
This is a fixed-term position (maternity cover) until February 2027.

About the role
- Use a combination of HR tools and regular meetings with leaders across disciplines (Art, Engineering, Product, Production, Monetization etc.) to continuously gauge what’s going well and what could be improved in the organization.
- Advise and coach managers on techniques for effective leadership, engagement, and nurturing of their teams. Be a sparring partner to the people managers and help them to achieve their goals through continuous collaboration.
- End-to-end ownership of strategic HR-related initiatives within Wooga and other Playtika entities (be it in the area of organisation development, performance management cycle, L&D, rewards or other).
- Consult and interpret legal regulations and laws to the people managers and employees to make sure all processes are in compliance.
- Play an instrumental role in managing change in our organization from concept to execution and communication.
About you
- You bring relevant HR Partnership experience, preferably within the digital industry.
- You have proven experience in partnering with senior leaders, managing complex employee relations issues, and managing projects of a wide scope/company level.
- You have strong business acumen (understanding business drivers).
- You can translate business strategy into tangible people initiatives.
- You have experience supporting change management and transformation .
- You are an excellent communicator, with advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills .
- You are knowledgeable in local labor law (Germany).
- You speak fluent German and English.
