We’re looking for a strategic and people-focused HR Generalist to play a key leadership role in shaping our People Operations. You’ll partner closely with employees and stakeholders across the business, supporting the full employee lifecycle and driving initiatives that elevate the employee experience.

About the role

  • You will own the People Operations at Wooga, starting from onboarding, relocation, payroll, contractual changes, family matters, benefits, and offboarding, to create an extraordinary employee experience.
  • You will provide daily operational support to employees and managers via various channels.
  • You own and ensure HR data; you will ensure information reliability and availability within our HRIS system and personnel files.
  • You act as the go-to person for HR compliance (e.g. SOX and ASA / work safety).
  • You monitor the payroll process, ensuring its accuracy and timeliness.
  • You will manage the awesome range of benefits that we offer to our employees.
  • You will contribute to our L&D environment by managing training and workshops.
  • You will communicate with our internal stakeholders, such as Finance and Legal, on payroll and labor law-related topics.
  • You will communicate with our external stakeholders, such as our relocation provider, coaches, or other benefit partners.
  • You will drive initiatives to enhance people operations, data quality, and employee experience.

About you

  • You bring in-depth HR Operations experience, preferably within the digital industry.
  • You are an expert in German Labor law.
  • You have a passion to collaborate with a diverse range of people on a variety of topics.
  • You are meticulously detail-oriented and ready to balance the priorities and requests.
  • You are analytical, self-driven, structured, and well-organized.
  • You have experience working with various HRIS systems and other tools, i.e. BambooHR, G-Suite, Monday.com, and similar, while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • You speak German on a native(-like) level and are fluent in English.
