Position Overview
SNHA, A Woolpert Company is seeking a Senior Architect for our Mission Critical team. This position would be aligned with our offices located in Chicago, IL, New York City, NY and/or Charlotte, NC and would support full-time in-person/hybrid, and remote working arrangements.
We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located.
What You Will Do:
- Drive project execution, along with the project manager, working closely with clients, consultants, team members, and other project contributors.
- Guide and manage a team of architects, engineers, and production staff to deliver innovative projects that exceed client expectations.
- Lead research into relevant code, materials and systems, and client-specific prompts, leveraging derived insights to create unique and innovative design solutions.
- Develop thoughtful technical solutions and manage the delivery of clear and concise project documentation.
- Seek opportunities to contribute to design excellence by playing an active role in a collaborative design process.
- Operate successfully in a hybrid home/office environment.
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution and have a minimum of 8 years of work experience.
- Enjoys solving problems and finds fulfillment in the creation of beautiful things.
- Is intellectually curious by nature and seeks to continually learn and improve.

- Is a collaborative thinker who thrives in a team setting and is confident contributing remotely and working with remote teams.

- Possess excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Has experience with projects with high technical and performance demands.
- Has practice crafting quality architectural drawing sets and project manuals.
- Is skilled in Autodesk Revit and Bluebeam.
- Has experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.)

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Pay Range
$106,400 - $177,400 USD
