JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Sector Marketing Manager provides strategic leadership across the sector, shaping enterprise marketing direction and advising senior leadership on growth strategies, market opportunities, and positioning. This role leads the development of integrated marketing approaches that align sector, industry, and corporate priorities to drive long-term business outcomes.
The role sets direction for sector marketing strategy, influences executive decision-making, and ensures alignment of messaging, capabilities, and go-to-market execution across the organization. Additionally, the Senior Sector Marketing Manager drives cross-sector initiatives and leads high-impact programs that support enterprise growth, pipeline development, and market differentiation.

JOB DUTIES:
- Set direction for sector marketing strategy aligned to enterprise growth objectives
- Establish enterprise-level positioning frameworks and ensure consistency across sectors and industries
- Advise senior leadership on market opportunities, growth strategies, and competitive positioning
- Influence high-priority pursuits and enterprise-level opportunities through strategic messaging and positioning guidance
- Oversee development and quality of sales enablement materials across sectors to ensure strategic alignment and impact
- Drive the use of market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive analysis to inform enterprise strategy and investment decisions
- Ensure integration and alignment of campaigns and marketing programs across sectors and business units
- Lead cross-sector collaboration and alignment across marketing, sales, and business leadership teams
- Influence marketing investment strategy and prioritization across sectors and large-scale initiatives
- Define success measures and evaluate overall marketing impact on pipeline, revenue, and business outcomes
- Drive identification of enterprise growth opportunities and expansion strategies
- Mentor and guide marketing team members, providing functional leadership and strategic direction
- Lead high-impact initiatives and transformation efforts that advance marketing effectiveness and business growth
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
- Up to 15% travel for strategic planning, sector alignment, client engagements, and industry events.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in B2B, professional services, or strategic marketing roles.
- Demonstrated experience leading marketing strategy, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives at a senior level
- Experience driving cross-sector or enterprise-level initiatives preferred

- Advanced understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and industry trends
- Strong decision-making and prioritization skills focused on high-impact outcomes
- Advanced analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Ability to lead and influence across complex, matrixed organizations
- Strong communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
- MBA
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment.

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Pay Range
$101,200 - $120,000 USD
