As a Senior Manager, Content Marketing you will lead our global content strategy and execution. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you are pivotal in fueling demand generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and sales alignment through high-impact content initiatives. You will be responsible for creating and executing a content strategy that attracts, engages, and converts enterprise B2B audiences, supporting both inbound and outbound efforts in close collaboration with sales and marketing teams.

● Content Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a data-driven global content strategy that supports demand generation, ABM, and sales enablement initiatives;
● Sales & ABM Alignment: Partner with field marketing (ABM) and sales teams to develop targeted content that resonates with high-value accounts and accelerates pipeline velocity;
● Content Creation & Management: Oversee the creation of compelling content formats, including modern assets like podcasts, social content, whitepapers, case studies, blog articles, ebooks, video scripts, and more, ensuring consistency in messaging and tone;
● Thought Leadership & Brand Voice: Establish and maintain a strong, differentiated thought leadership position in the enterprise software market;
● SEO & Organic Growth: Drive content optimization strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic aligned with our digital team;
● Content Distribution & Amplification: Ensure content is leveraged across digital channels, including email, social media, paid campaigns, and partnerships to maximize reach and engagement;
● Performance & ROI Measurement: Track and analyze content performance, leveraging insights to refine strategy and demonstrate clear ROI on content marketing efforts;
● Team Leadership & Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with demand generation, field marketing, sales, product marketing, and external agencies to ensure a seamless content ecosystem.
How about you
● 7+ years of experience in content marketing, ideally within B2B enterprise software, SaaS, or technology sectors;
● Proven track record of driving demand generation and sales enablement through content marketing;
● Experience working in account-based marketing (ABM) environments, supporting warm outbound strategies and sales-aligned initiatives;
● Exceptional storytelling and writing skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging, compelling content;
● Strong understanding of SEO, organic growth strategies, and content amplification techniques;
● Data-driven mindset with experience in measuring and optimizing content performance;
● Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders, sales leaders, and cross-functional teams;
● Experience managing content teams, freelancers, and agencies;
● Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and content management systems (CMS).
