As a Senior Recruiter you are an expert in sourcing and recruitment and always find the right candidate for the job. You need no guidance throughout the process and you’re quick with picking up on desires from the business. Expectation management and relationship building are your strong virtue and you are able to educate the business on what they need.

Meet the job:

You are an example to other recruiters and help them grow through training or coaching. Furthermore you identify improvement opportunities in our processes and you’re not afraid to push for these.

You have experience in drafting and executing complex recruitment strategies. You understand the talent market for your talent area and are able to engage with them. You have experience in leading small teams.

 

How about you:

● 6+ years of recruitment experience in-house or from an agency;
● Bachelor degree of similar experience;
● Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Competencies / skills: 

Functional/technical skills-

● Demonstrated knowledge of “best in class” recruiting practices with varied recruitment sources;
● Strong time management and prioritisation/organisational skills for self and team members;
● Works with Hiring Managers and business unit leaders to define and document hiring forecasts;
● Monitoring recruitment process to identify, recommend areas, improve and to ensure best practices at all times;
● Identify and implement new methods with the approach for sourcing of candidates and generating new leads;
● Track analytical data regarding all facets of the hiring process, to include sourcing effectiveness, offer rate, accept rate and other analysis as needed;
● Initiate and drive special projects to elevate the recruiting process and implement creative methods to find top tier candidates;
● Leverages a deep understanding of business requirements to consult with Hiring Managers and determine talent requirements and build candidate hiring profiles;
● Lead organisational diversity and affirmative action initiatives;


Business, product and industry knowledge :

● Understanding of the talent market for your talent area and ability to engage with them.
