As a Product Manager for Managed Hosting Platform & Observability teams you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining the vision as well as the strategy for the product offering and executing on it with the Engineering community. You’ll get to customers, stakeholders on a regular basis to identify their needs and by taking our highly skilled engineers on the journey.

To get a better view of the adventure, here’s a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

● Defining and continuously maintaining the vision and strategy for Managed Hosting DevOps based on end-user feedback, stakeholder expectations and the engineering teams’ input;

● Managing stakeholders’ expectations;

● Setting priorities and managing the product backlog along with the roadmap;

● Crafting and driving the delivery of quarterly objectives (OKR) focused on making the highest impact possible yet strongly aligned with strategic goals;

● Driving the requirement refinement process by working closely with your team members;

● Working together with the Security and Compliance Officer to perform compliance and security audits (internal and external);

● Supporting Sales in explaining the product to potential clients and closing deals.

Managed Hosting is a modern, enterprise-grade bundle of products and services operating on a cloud-based services model. One of the products in our product family is Platform & Observability, our cutting edge SDLC “toolbox” built by our engineers for engineers.

In this role, others will follow you because you are able to create not only a compelling vision but also a solid execution plan for the product. Creating the plan goes hand in hand with delivering on it with fellow Engineering Managers. Ambiguity doesn’t scare you, in fact, you thrive in a startup environment in which you deliver value to our customers continuously in an agile way.

To be able to own this role, we think you’ll need:

● Around 3+ years of experience as Product Owner/Product Manager; bonus points for a background as a DevOps or System Engineer; 

● You’re responsible for an excellent planning, prioritization and organization of cloud progress and adoption within the department. You will manage the overall quality of our public cloud infrastructure;

● You have built and maintained SDLC solutions from “code” to “observe” end to end used by a large number of engineers;

● Deep knowledge of cloud platforms e.g. Azure/AWS, bonus points if you’ve been a DevOps engineer;

● Experience in agile way of working e.g. Kanban, Scrum incl. use of tools such as Jira;

● Basic understanding of Cloud Security & Compliance e.g. SOC2;

● Hands-on know-how of Git (Ideally Github Enterprise), observability and various security tools e.g. DataDog, Grafana and PagerDuty.
