Senior Recruiter

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Recruiter to join our team and play a strategic role in attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with business leaders, drive end-to-end recruitment processes, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our talent acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across various business functions

  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand talent needs and deliver tailored sourcing strategies

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior recruiters and contribute to capability building within the TA team

  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best-in-class recruitment practices

  • Leverage talent market insights to proactively build pipelines and engage passive candidates

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to drive data-informed hiring decisions

  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the hiring process

Ideal Profile

  • 8+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong track record in-house environments

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)

  • Deep understanding of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and market dynamics

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Experience in developing and executing complex hiring strategies

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
