As a Junior IT Support Engineer, you will work in a team of motivated, driven, and fun IT professionals within a young, growing organization and get a chance to provide the first line of support for our 2300+ end users globally.

In this role you will:
- Level 1 Support
- Create, track, and resolve tickets
- Software/Hardware support
- Inventory Management
- Effectively manage 1:1 user interactions
- Manage your part in our highly successful on-boarding and off-boarding processes
In this role you will be using our helpdesk system to take ownership of simple customer issues reported through the IT Service Desk and see problems through to resolution. You research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve these issues and follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. You will handle simple day-to-day issues. You’ll also support your team if/when required depending on workloads.

What You Bring:
- min. 6 months of experience in a similar role
- Evidence of tech support level of technical knowledge and troubleshooting ability
- A professional recognition in a relevant discipline, and/or industry-recognized certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+), and/or equivalent experience are a plus
- Fluent English language, written and spoken
- Excellent communication skills
Functional/technical skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft & Apple operating systems including mobile devices
- Basic understanding of networking
- Basic knowledge of Windows/MacOS laptop troubleshooting, printers and meeting room equipment
- Can adapt to a dynamic constantly evolving environment
