Responsibilities
We are looking for an exceptional Intern, Sales Operations to join our growing team. In this role, you will learn and support our TAM modeling and territory-building process, our sales capacity modeling, our growth planning initiatives, our weekly forecasting and pipeline review processes, as well as our quarterly and annual business review and strategic planning processes. You’ll work with and analyze data needed for both day-to-day sales execution as well as long-term strategic planning. Finally, you’ll get to work with fantastic sales leaders and professionals who will teach you a lot about selling and building a high-functioning sales org.
In this role, you will also be responsible to:

Both ongoing and one-off analyses that help to shine light on how Workato is executing and where we can improve or scale.

Assisting Workato North America sales leaders and sales professionals with their operational needs.

Learning how SaaS businesses work and what the key KPIs and drivers are for sales productivity.

Proactively recommend improvements to existing processes and automation to increase the effectiveness of Sales, Operations, & cross-functional teams.

Audit Salesforce data and ensure operational excellence in our CRM.

Assist with sales forecasting and planning processes.

Ensure territory management excellence for constantly growing and shifting sales organization, including territory carving, assignment, and process improvements in our CRM.

Support ad-hoc projects from leadership.

Assist with producing quarterly presentations to the executive team and board.
Requirements
Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills
-
Able to commit for at least 3 - 6 months, with a minimum of 25 hours per week. (Hours can be flexible depending on your schedule).

Exceptional verbal and written presentation skills to communicate analytical insights to business leaders.
-
Diligent thinker who gets things done without overlooking important details.
-
Strong quantitative capabilities with a passion for numbers and analytics.
-
Skilled in SQL.
-
Experience working with BI/Analytics tools (Sigma preferred).
-
High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Google Sheets and Slides) is strongly preferred. Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, ZoomInfo, and/or BI tools is also strongly preferred.

Proven track record of analyzing large data sets.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent business judgment. Strong track record of identifying key questions, defining, performing, and coordinating analyses, communicating findings clearly and concisely, and finding creative and innovative solutions.

Computer Science, Data/Business Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or relevant experience from previous employment.

For California applicants, the pay for this role begins at $19 per hour.
