Responsibilities
We are looking for an exceptional Office and Admin Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be involved in providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations of the office and administrative projects. You’ll support our Administrative Team with various projects including events, communications, office operations, and other projects as needed.
In this role, you will also be responsible to:
- Maintain, organize and order general office supplies, including paper, pens, office badges etc., to ensure teams have everything they need to succeed
- Support with various events including the company summer party, office grand openings, partner bootcamps, and other events as they arise
- Support with weekly All Hands meetings and deck preparation
- Serve as a support person for the Administrative team for ad hoc projects
Requirements
Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Experience working with multi-function printers, including the ability to scan documents and send them as an email attachment, configure copy settings and perform light maintenance tasks such as replacing toner cartridges

Experience with office productivity suites such as Google Workspace

Strong multitasking and organizational skills
