Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Technical Program Manager to join our Business Technology team. This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects that align with organizational objectives.

As a Program Manager, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and ensure successful implementation of business technology solutions. This position requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a dedicated focus on continuous improvement and delivering high-quality results.

In this role, you will also be responsible to:

  • Plan and execute technology projects using established methodologies, primarily Agile

  • Serve as Scrum Master for project teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring adherence to Scrum practices

  • Facilitate sprint stand-ups, sprint planning, and sprint review meetings

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with stakeholders

  • Create and maintain project schedules with realistic timelines and milestones

  • Analyze and report on project metrics and performance indicators

  • Create and maintain data visualizations and dashboards for project reporting

  • Maintain and improve project documentation systems

  • Proactively identify, suggest, and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency and delivery quality

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and develop resolution strategies

  • Manage stakeholder communication and reporting activities

  • Coordinate activities across functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals

Requirements

Qualifications / Experience / Soft Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in project management roles

  • Experience working in the IT sector

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies with experience in Agile/Scrum

  • Proficiency with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Asana, etc.)

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities

  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams

Desired Skills

  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools

  • Knowledge of automation tools like Workato

  • Familiarity with data visualization platforms (e.g., Sigma, Tableau)

  • Basic programming or scripting knowledge is a plus

  • Experience with business analysis techniques
