Who You’ll Work With

You will join Workera’s Assessment Innovation Team, collaborating with assessment developers, product managers, and engineers. AI agents are also key members of this team, enhancing efficiency, precision, and scalability in assessment development. Your role will be to manage these interactions, ensuring that AI-driven tools and human oversight work seamlessly together.

What You’ll Do

Within 3 months, you will:

  • Gain a deep understanding of Workera’s agentic assessment authoring system and how it integrates with human expertise.
  • Establish clear processes for AI-human collaboration, ensuring seamless assessment design and review.
  • Manage human-in-the-loop workflows, ensuring AI-generated assessments align with psychometric best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and scale skill-based assessment development.

Within 6 months, you will:

  • Develop scalable strategies for AI-assisted assessment creation, improving efficiency and reducing manual bottlenecks.
  • Lead training initiatives to help assessment developers effectively collaborate with AI agents.
  • Work closely with data scientists and engineers to refine AI-generated assessments based on real-world performance data.
  • Implement best practices for maintaining skill-centric assessment integrity while leveraging automation.

Within 9 months, you will:

  • Drive innovation in AI-powered assessment design, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in workforce intelligence.
  • Establish key performance metrics to track AI-human collaboration efficiency and assessment quality.
  • Scale Workera’s assessment capabilities across multiple domains, ensuring continuous alignment with industry skill demands.
  • Optimize collaborative workflows between AI and human experts, refining automation while preserving essential human oversight.

What You’ll Bring

  • Expertise in assessment development, with a strong foundation in psychometric principles, evidence-centered design, and test construction.

Proficient in using AI tools like ChatGPT (or similar) for assessment creation, prompt engineering/design, data analysis, or automated content generation.

  • Ability to rapidly learn new skill domains, including their key components, relevance, and application, to effectively design assessments.
  • Strong project management skills, overseeing assessment development lifecycles from ideation to deployment.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation abilities, particularly in guiding SMEs and translating technical details for diverse audiences, including engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Strong data literacy, with an understanding of how AI-generated assessments can be optimized based on performance insights.
  • Fluency in English, with excellent speaking, writing, editing, and copyediting skills.
  • Familiarity with data wrangling, statistics, programming languages, machine learning, or workforce analytics, with basic to intermediate proficiency in Python and SQL.
