About the role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Engineer to help accelerate Workera’s mission to become the de facto category leader in Verified Skills Intelligence. This is an emerging role that organizations everywhere will soon need as AI reshapes go-to-market strategy and capability. This role will serve on the front lines of this shift, combining classic enterprise sales development skills such as lead qualification and multi-channel, outbound campaigns with the ability to manage, experiment with, and scale our global growth initiatives using AI agents.

This is a highly visible role. You will represent our company to prospects and also represent yourself as a forward-thinking professional at the intersection of sales, marketing, and AI. The right candidate will be an experienced SDR who wants to stay on the cutting edge of sales development, but who is eager to evolve into an AI first marketing operations role to drive measurable impact.

About your team

You’ll join Workera’s Marketing & Growth team, a fun, innovative, and value-driven group at the heart of the company’s success. The team blends creativity with data-driven insights, constantly experimenting with new ideas and AI-powered strategies to accelerate growth. Together, we drive pipeline creation and bring bold, market-leading campaigns to life.

What You’ll Do:

Within 3 months, you will own:

  • Lead Management: Own the incoming lead queue with a discerning eye. Ensure qualified leads are acted on quickly and routed effectively.
  • Outbound Hustle: Proactively engage prospects using AI tools to keep the pipeline active, and ensure timely follow up that creates consistent opportunities for the sales team.
  • AI Tool Ownership: Partner with the Head of AIOps to manage, optimize, and expand our AI SDR stack (Alice 11X, HeyReach, and others) in order to drive scalable AI-first prospecting.

Within 6 months, you will own:

  • Qualification and Conversion: Follow up with Marketing Qualified Leads, qualify meetings, and drive Sales Qualified Opportunities to meet defined company conversion expectations.
  • Campaign Execution: Partner with Marketing to design and run AI-first campaigns based on the latest content and market signals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales and Marketing leaders on go-to-market strategy, aligning messaging and outbound execution.

Within 9 months, you will:

  • Self-Market: Build and project your personal brand as a next-generation SDR who knows how to leverage AI. Represent both the company and yourself with confidence and clarity in every interaction.
  • Improve Data and Results Rigor: Track and measure outcomes, optimize workflows, and ensure every campaign delivers measurable impact.
  • Continuously Learn: Stay ahead of emerging AI tools and approaches and bring fresh ideas that make outbound smarter and more effective.

*Please note as we are a dynamic and quickly growing scale-up, things are always subject to change*

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of sales development or lead qualification experience, with proven success in high-volume outbound roles
  • Strong interest in AI technology and willingness to learn and test new tools
  • Data driven and results oriented, with a strong drive to hit targets and find efficiencies
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to collaborate across marketing, sales, and operations
  • Entrepreneurial and adaptable, eager to shape a role that is new not just for us but for the industry
  • Proficiency in utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT or equivalent digital assistants and applying them effectively within your work context.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
