Customer Success Associate (US)

Remote

Everyone's racing to build AI. Workera exists for the 8 billion people who have to work alongside it.

While the world's attention is on creating new tools, someone has to solve the other side of the equation: the humans. The workforce is going through the biggest transformation in a generation and most organizations are navigating it blind, without the data to understand what their people can actually do, where the gaps are, or how to close them fast enough.

That's what we build. Workera's skills intelligence platform is the critical infrastructure for the AI era. It’s the layer that lets organizations understand, mobilize, manage, and develop their talent with precision. Trusted by the Fortune 500 and powered by proprietary AI agents, we're the company helping the world's largest organizations not just survive the transition to AI, but lead it.

The Customer Success Associate is the execution engine of our Customer organization and the primary day-to-day partner to customers for onboarding through program delivery. This is a customer-facing execution role (distinct from quota-carrying Account Management and strategic advisory roles). You own how enterprise programs get delivered—working directly with customer stakeholders to ensure deployments run on time, on spec, and with a consistently high-quality experience from launch through adoption. You turn strategy into reality and scale that execution through systems and AI.

WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS

We are evolving our Customer organization from high-touch, manual execution to AI-enabled, scalable delivery. As we grow into supporting 10s to 100s of enterprise customers, we need a repeatable, reliable execution layer that ensures every program launches successfully and operates without friction.

The Customer Associate role exists to build and operate that layer—working directly with customers to bring structure to ambiguity, ensure consistent delivery, and enable scale without proportional headcount growth.

YOUR TEAM

The Customer Associate is part of Workera’s broader Customer organization, working alongside Account Management and Skills Strategy. From the customer’s perspective, you are the day-to-day owner of execution—ensuring commitments are met and programs run smoothly.

  • Account Management owns the commercial relationship, including renewals and expansion
  • Skills Strategists (SSMs) serve as strategic advisors on skills and talent strategy
  • The Customer Associate owns execution and delivery, ensuring programs are launched, operated, and delivered with precision

You’ll also collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Tech, and Support to ensure customer commitments are delivered seamlessly. The team operates in a highly cross-functional, execution-driven model where clear ownership and coordination are critical.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Success in this role is measured by speed to launch, customer activation and progression, number of customers supported per Associate, and reduction in manual effort through systems and AI.

  • Own end-to-end program execution for customers, ensuring every deployment goes live on time and meets defined success criteria (activation, engagement and time to value)
  • Drive customer adoption and engagement, ensuring customers progress through key milestones without friction
  • Lead cross-functional delivery coordination while representing customer needs and ensuring commitments are met
  • Build and scale AI-enabled delivery workflows, translating repeatable work into systems, templates, and automations
  • Increase delivery leverage, enabling the team to support significantly more customers with improved consistency and reduced manual effort

HOW YOU'LL RAMP

We don't expect you to figure it out alone. Here's what great looks like at each stage:

First 30 Days -- Learn the Machine

  • Immerse yourself in Workera’s platform, customers, and delivery workflows
  • Shadow active customer programs to understand how deployments are executed end-to-end
  • Begin participating in customer-facing calls and onboarding sessions
  • Learn how AI tools are currently used across the Customer organization
  • Begin identifying opportunities to improve consistency, speed, or quality in execution

By 90 Days -- Ship Something Real

  • Lead customer-facing onboarding and execution for multiple accounts
  • Independently manage timelines, stakeholders, and delivery outcomes
  • Demonstrate ability to identify risks early and drive resolution across teams
  • Implement at least one AI-driven improvement (workflow, template, or automation) that increases team efficiency

By 6 Months -- Multiply Your Impact

  • Serve as the trusted day-to-day execution partner for a portfolio of customers
  • Build or deploy AI-assisted workflows that are adopted by the team
  • Contribute meaningfully to a scalable customer delivery system (playbooks, automation, or tooling)
  • Help the team increase customer capacity without sacrificing quality

We're a fast-moving company -- the scope and shape of this role will evolve as we do.

WHAT YOU BRING

We're looking for signal, not checkboxes. Here's what matters most:

  • You have owned execution in customer-facing roles (e.g., onboarding, implementation, program delivery) and can point to consistent, high-quality outcomes
  • You’ve managed complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams and delivered reliably against deadlines
  • You actively use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, automation platforms) to redesign workflows, automate work, and materially increase output
  • You communicate clearly and concisely, with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • You demonstrate high ownership: you close loops, anticipate issues, and don’t let things drop
  • You solve problems and create structure in ambiguous environments to drive work forward while maintaining high responsiveness, clarity, and reliability in customer delivery

HOW WE WORK: AI IS THE DEFAULT

At Workera, AI isn't a feature we sell -- it's how we operate. Every team member is expected to:

  • Use AI daily. AI assistants, copilots, and automation tools are part of your stack -- not optional extras. We expect you to actively experiment with new tools and push the boundary of what's possible in your function.
  • Build your own leverage. Our marketers write code. Our PMs build automations. Our ops team deploys agents. If a workflow can be automated, you're expected to automate it -- or work with someone who can.
  • Think in systems, not tasks. We value people who build repeatable, scalable solutions over people who grind through one-off work. Your goal is to make your function run smarter, not just harder.

AI fluency is a cultural expectation, not a line item on a job description.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
