Job Description
So, what will your new role look like?
We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Partner Growth Marketer to lead high-impact partner marketing initiatives that supercharge revenue for our flagship product, ShareGate. Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, you’ll be among the first dedicated hires focused on building a scalable, partner-led growth engine—collaborating closely with our Director of Partnerships and the channel team.
This is your chance to shape something from the ground up. If you’re excited about turning strategy into execution, love collaborating across teams, and thrive on delivering measurable impact—this role is calling your name.
Responsibilities:
Drive revenue through partner-led growth
- Craft and launch integrated channel marketing strategies that accelerate pipeline, boost conversion, and drive partner-led deals.
- Use performance data to fine-tune campaigns and increase partner contribution to revenue.
Be the bridge between Marketing & Partnerships
- Own the collaboration between Channel and Marketing teams to align goals, remove blockers, and move faster.
- Match the right resources and campaigns to partner needs and opportunities.
Lead co-marketing with Managed Partners
- Build impactful co-branded initiatives—think webinars, events, campaigns, case studies, and more.
- Deepen strategic relationships that boost visibility and pipeline.
Reignite Transactional Partners
- Launch targeted campaigns to activate and engage lower-volume or inactive partners.
- Increase the number of actively selling partners and accelerate their velocity.
Help launch and evolve our Partner Program
- Support the development and rollout of ShareGate’s Partner Program.
- Align program design with business goals to maximize partner engagement and success.
Own the partner portal experience
- Keep the portal fresh, useful, and easy to navigate.
- Drive adoption with the right tools, content, and engagement strategies.
Measure what matters
- Define KPIs and track revenue, pipeline, and marketing impact from channel efforts.
- Use insights to double down on what’s working.
Manage budgets with impact
- Optimize spend for maximum ROI across campaigns and partner initiatives.
A typical week?
- Sync with the Channel team to prioritize joint initiatives.
- Launch or refine co-marketing campaigns with key partners.
- Activate or re-engage Transactional Partners with targeted outreach.
- Analyze partner-driven pipeline performance and adjust tactics.
- Test new portal content or features to improve partner experience.
- Support the evolution and rollout of our Partner Program.
What does your future team look like?
- You’ll report to the Director of Growth Marketing
- You’ll be part of a broader Marketing team—including Growth, Brand, Product, and Customer Marketing.
- You’ll work hand-in-hand with the Director of Partnerships & Alliances and their team of Partner and Channel Account Managers.
What are the next challenges awaiting your team?
You’ll be stepping into a foundational role in channel marketing at Workleap. There’s an exciting opportunity to build something impactful and scalable alongside our growth and partnerships teams—unlocking new revenue streams and expanding ShareGate’s reach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
- 5+ years of experience in channel or partner marketing—ideally in SaaS or IT;
- Strong grasp of partner ecosystems and indirect sales models;
- Track record of building marketing programs that drive measurable revenue;
- Excellent communicator with cross-functional collaboration chops;
- Strategic thinker with a love for digging into data;
- Proficiency with tools like marketing automation platforms, CRM/PRM systems, Nearbound tools, and analytics suites;
- Creative problem-solver who loves testing, iterating, and improving.
