Job Description

So, what will your new role look like?

We’re looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer to join our fun and fast-paced marketing team. Reporting to the Design Manager, you’ll bring your design expertise to the table, working across both digital and print to create standout materials that tell our brand story, showcase our products, and engage our audience. If you’ve got an eye for detail, a strong grasp of marketing principles, and are well-versed in the latest tools and design systems, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Create and produce a wide range of high-quality digital and print marketing collateral, including digital and print ads, sales brochures, product sheets, whitepapers, presentation decks, social media assets, and materials for PR and trade show events.
  • Collaborate with brand leads to support larger marketing campaigns, focusing on lead generation and online engagement.
  • Facilitate the production process to ensure timely delivery and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing materials, both digital and print, ensuring alignment with established brand guidelines.
  • Contribute to the documentation and organization of libraries and brand book evolution.
  • Ensure that all designs adhere to the brand’s visual identity and messaging across multiple touchpoints, including print, digital, and video formats.
  • Enable other teams to leverage our branding successfully and autonomously.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of final designs to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency before they are distributed or published.
  • Actively participate in team brainstorming and creative sessions to generate innovative ideas for campaigns and strategies.
  • Contribute to the overall creative direction and optimization of creative processes.

A typical week?

You’ll juggle bold, high-visibility projects—like campaign launches, event branding, or design system evolution—alongside agile requests for social graphics, blog imagery, or internal materials. Expect a dynamic rhythm of deep creative focus, design critiques, and collaborative work with partners across marketing and brand.

What does your future team look like?

  • Work in a creative, collaborative environment with a strong commitment to professional development.
  • Be part of a growing company with opportunities to make a significant impact.
  • Opportunity to contribute to the development and evolution of a new brand.

What are the next challenges awaiting your team?

We’re continuously pushing the boundaries of our brands—refining and expanding design systems that scale, while creating a cohesive, end-to-end experience that feels seamless for our customers.

Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
  • Experience in collaborative design tool: Figma.
  • Microsoft Office/Google Suite: Strong skills in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and/or Google Slides, with the ability to create engaging presentations.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to approach design challenges with creative and effective solutions that align with business objectives.
