Job Description
So, what will your new role look like?
We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager who thrives on turning complexity into clarity. You’ll own and optimize the MOps engine—leading everything from lead capture to routing, data hygiene to attribution—so we can go faster, scale smarter, and measure what matters. You’ll collaborate with GTM Engineering for deeper builds, and make HubSpot your playground for clean data, accurate reporting, and fast action.
Responsibilities:
- Own the lead lifecycle from capture to routing; keep MQL/SQL definitions and handoffs crystal clear;
- Maintain HubSpot data quality with strong field governance, validation, dedupe routines, and audits;
- Extract, model, and QA GTM datasets in SQL/Snowflake; deliver exec-ready narratives and decision scenarios (with ACV, conversion, and velocity impacts) to drive precise calls;
- Monitor and improve speed-to-lead and assignment SLAs to eliminate funnel leakage;
- Enable campaign ops at scale with pre-flight QA, templates, and hierarchy/UTM governance;
- Operationalize attribution using HubSpot and HockeyStack to publish trusted revenue insights;
- Diagnose funnel performance and propose fixes or experiments with clear owners and timelines;
- Collaborate with GTM Engineering on AI automations and integrations;
- Maintain dashboards, document processes, and support reporting enablement across GTM.
A typical week?
Kick off Monday aligning with marketing and Sales on funnel health and priorities; scan dashboards for conversion, velocity, and SLA breaches, then triage the intake queue. Midweek, partner with GTM Engineering to spec/QA integrations and AI automations, run campaign pre-flight QA, ship quick wins (routing/scoring tweaks), and do a data-quality sweep (dedupe, field hygiene). All week, monitor speed-to-lead and leakage alerts amd publish a concise weekly update with risks and next actions. Wrap Friday with a review of experiments and attribution accuracy, and refresh the backlog for the next sprint.
What does your future team look like?
You’ll join a high-impact RevOps team that gets things done and proves it with data. We support Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, Channel Ops, and system architecture across two business units—one mature, one scaling. We’re pragmatic, curious, and technical, working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, GTM Engineering, Product, BI, and Finance. We move fast and experiment often, with room to try bold things.
What are the next challenges awaiting your team?
We’re shifting from reactive to proactive MOps—rolling out a roadmap tied to pipeline KPIs, building a formal intake process, and publishing weekly funnel diagnostics. We’re tightening up CRM identity and hygiene, enforcing campaign and UTM standards, improving attribution visibility, and making reporting truly self-serve. And above all, we’re focused on speed-to-lead at scale.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in Marketing Operations at a fast-growing B2B company;
- Hands-on with HubSpot Marketing Hub, CRM, and Custom Object;
- Experience with multi-product tracking, UTMs, and campaign hierarchy;
- Proficiency in data analysis (Sheets/Excel; BI/SQL & Snowflake a plus);
- Solid grasp of digital and email marketing operations;
- Project management skills and cross-functional collaboration;
- Sharp prioritization and problem-solving under pressure;
- Strong communication, high ownership, and obsessive attention to detail.
