Job Description

So, what will your new role look like?

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Demand Generation to lead Paid, SEO, experimental channels, and partner growth—driving a data-driven, AI-enhanced, and high-velocity growth strategy for ShareGate.

This is a dream role for a demand gen leader. You’ll scale a high-performing growth engine (Paid + SEO), launch new growth experiments, and drive partner-led pipeline growth. You’ll have the resources, budget, and autonomy to build, test, and expand demand generation at scale while collaborating closely with a GTM engineer to unlock automation and AI-driven growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Scale & Optimize Paid + SEO → Strengthen core acquisition channels with support from agencies and in-house teams.
  • Drive Partner-Led Growth → Build and execute joint campaigns with partners, expand partner-driven pipeline, and support partner growth initiatives.
  • Identify & Scale New Growth Channels → Test emerging platforms, niche paid media, influencer/partner ecosystems, and community-driven growth.
  • Run High-Velocity Growth Experiments → Apply a structured experimentation framework to test and scale new channels, creative, messaging, and partner activations.
  • Leverage GTM Engineering → Collaborate with a dedicated GTM engineer to integrate AI-driven workflows, automation, and data pipelines that improve targeting and personalization.
  • Lead & Manage the Team → Oversee Paid, SEO, partner growth marketing, and experimental initiatives; manage agencies and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Drive Conversion Optimization (CRO) → Optimize landing pages, ads, partner campaigns, and funnel performance to improve efficiency and growth.

 

A typical week?   

Set the growth strategy for the week, review campaign and partner pipeline performance, and align with the GTM engineer on automation priorities. Dive into SEO & Paid results, reviewing tests and optimizing campaigns. Collaborate with partners on co-marketing initiatives, launch new experiments, and sync with Content, Design, and Partner Marketing to develop high-impact creative and landing pages. Track pipeline impact, prepare next-round tests, and report results to leadership.

 

What does your future team look like?   

We’re building one of the most advanced, AI-enabled growth engines in SaaS, where demand generation is not just about campaigns—it’s about scaling pipeline across direct and partner channels.

You’ll work with:

  • A dedicated GTM engineer to build automation and AI workflows.
  • In-house marketing teams (content, design, web, PMM, lifecycle) to fuel high-converting campaigns.
  • Partner growth marketer to activate co-marketing plays and scale channel growth.

Qualifications

  • SEO & SEM Mastery → Proven track record of scaling acquisition in B2B SaaS.
  • Paid Media & Multi-Channel Growth → Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, Bing, Reddit, and emerging platforms.
  • Partner Growth Experience → Ability to design and execute campaigns with partners that drive pipeline.
  • AI & Data-Driven Marketing → Experience integrating automation, AI workflows, and data insights into growth.
  • High-Velocity Experimentation → Skilled at structured testing, iteration, and scaling campaigns.
  • Leadership & Team Management → Experience managing demand gen and/or partner growth teams, agencies, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • CRO Expertise → Familiarity with conversion optimization best practices.
