Workrise is hiring a talented Senior Analyst to join the Revenue Operations team. You will play a pivotal role in our revenue management and operational strategy and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Leadership.
As a Senior Analyst, you’ll take ownership of managing the sales incentive and commission processes across the organization, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals. Additionally, you’ll analyze performance trends, providing critical insights to optimize strategies, enhance decision-making, and drive impactful outcomes. What you’ll be doing:
- Manage the sales incentive and commission process across the organization
- Analyze productivity metrics, performance data, revenue attainment, and pipeline health to identify trends and communicate to leadership teams
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to develop pricing strategies, discount structures, and maintain revenue forecasting models
- Develop and maintain sales KPIs, dashboards, and reports to monitor performance, track progress against goals, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Create ad hoc revenue reporting as needed for sales and revenue operations
- Oversee the management of the sales pipeline and sales data, ensuring its accuracy, health, and alignment with revenue targets
- Implement best practices and automation solutions to streamline workflows and increase efficiency
- Identify and and drive process improvement across Revenue Operations, such as commissions, pipeline management, and sales forecasting
Experience and Education Requirements:
- Grit / Motivated / Adaptable
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economy, Business, related field
- 5+ years of proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field within a fast-paced, high-growth company
- Advanced skills in tableau/hex with proven ability to pull data into tableau or hex from Snowflake / ability to combine multiple data sources efficiently in these tools
- Ability to analyze large sets of data and synthesize them in a way that is clear and insightful to a variety of stakeholders
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Skilled at communicating complex calculations and analysis in a manner that is easily understandable
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to present findings in a clear and concise manner
- Experience in Salesforce
