Workrise is hiring an Operations Intern, Vendor Success who will be responsible for conducting documentation reviews and assisting with data transcription. Our ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate attentiveness to details, be comfortable asking for guidance when navigating ambiguity, and be comfortable adapting to changes in processes or scope of work. 

Internship Details:

• Required hybrid work schedule in our downtown Austin office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
• Dates: June 3rd - August 8th 

What you’ll be doing:

• Data Transcription:
  
  • Codify vendor invoices by performing line item reviews
  • Digitize and structure rate schemes for work order agreements 
• Document Reviews:
  
  • Review submitted documentation to check for accuracy
  • Assist with outbound communications as needed for document corrections
• System Reconciliation and Cleanup:
  
  • Identify and resolve duplicitous records across systems
  • Locate and correct erroneous records

“Should have” Experience and/or Education:

• Experience with data entry and familiarity with Google Suite
• Experience writing professional emails
• Strong sense of time management, self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Additional experience preferred but not required:

• Oil & Gas Industry knowledge or experience
• Familiarity with Salesforce, ZenDesk, or Slack
• Beginner to Intermediate proficiency in SQL
• Experience working with relational databases
