Partnerships Account Manager

Job Description

Workshop is looking for a driven Partnerships Account Manager to help us grow revenue. We are on pace to substantially grow this year, but need motivated and determined sales professionals to reach our goals. This is a compelling opportunity for someone with 1-3 years selling experience to be part of an exciting software-as-a-service (SaaS) business.

As a Partnerships Account Manager, you will:

  • Identify and develop partnerships with communications consultants, agencies, and software companies.  
  • Develop a pipeline of high value partnership opportunities that align with our business objectives.
  • Manage partner relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for partnerships, nurturing relationships to ensure mutual success.
  • Regularly communicate with partners to share product updates and explore new opportunities.
  • Drive revenue growth through partnership relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and launch partner programs.
  • Deliver quality and tailored demonstrations of Workshop to partners.
  • Meet or exceed your monthly quota.
  • Stay current on company offerings and industry trends.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for contact and deal management.
  • Attend related industry events and conferences to enhance relationships with partners.

 

To be successful at this position, you’ll need to:

  • Have experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Sales or Account Management roles at a technology or SaaS company.
  • Display comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
  • Manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
  • Juggle lots of tasks while maintaining focus on goals.

 

Bonus points if you:

  • Have previous experience with CRM software.
  • Have previous experience with B2B selling in software or technology.
  • Love fast-paced work environments.
