Customer Success Manager (Mid Market)

 

Workshop is looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to work alongside our Customer Success team to establish and support long-lasting relationships with our customers. You’ll ensure that our customers receive exceptional value from the products and features they utilize. You’ll also partner closely with our Account Managers to identify new business opportunities within the customer base.  

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be responsible for establishing relationships with customers within a market segment, helping them get the most value from Workshop. You’ll be their first point of contact, and help them achieve success with Workshop through product adoption and usage, leading to long term loyalty and retention. 

The most successful candidates will drive high product usage and value, ensure customer retention, and identify new business opportunities within our customer base.

 

As a Customer Success Manager, you will:

  • Develop strong relationships with customers, and help them achieve long term value in the products, features and workflows 
  • Inspire new ways to use Workshop through 1:1 conversations and education of new features 
  • Review customer health across your market segment, identifying potential risks or growth opportunities
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, surfacing feedback and product requests
  • Drive and own customer renewal conversations

To be successful in this position you will need: 

  • 1+ years experience in a customer-facing role; SaaS experience preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple customer relationships of varying levels of complexity and interaction
  • A proactive, positive and ambitious mindset
  • High attention to detail
  • To be an excellent communicator among both internal and external audiences
