We’re looking for a sharp, motivated demand gen pro who’s excited to own full-funnel programs that generate meetings and pipeline. If you’re someone who loves launching campaigns, optimizing for conversion, and figuring out what actually moves the needle, this role is for you.
You’ll lead the charge on high-leverage demand plays — from paid ads and email nurtures to co-marketing and content distribution — always keeping our buyers, funnel, and offers in tight alignment. We care less about leads for the sake of leads and more about building consistent, scalable programs that connect the dots between awareness and intent.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning demand generation strategy and execution across paid, email, content, and campaigns — with a focus on meetings, pipeline, and learning fast.
- Building results-oriented campaigns that feel useful, timely, and contextual.
- Running paid channels (Google, LinkedIn, etc.) and keeping a close eye on performance and optimizations daily.
- Working with content and product marketing to package offers, guides, templates, and insights that move people through the funnel.
- Continuously improving landing pages, nurture journeys, and hand-offs to sales.
- Reporting on performance with clarity: what’s working, what’s not, what’s next.
- Partnering closely with sales to close the loop, keep quality high, and make sure we’re setting them up to win!
- Experimenting with AI tools (like ChatGPT or workflow automation) to move faster, scale campaigns, and stay focused on high-impact work.
What will make you successful here:
- 3+ years in a B2B demand gen, growth, or digital marketing role.
- A bias toward action: you can test, learn, and iterate without needing permission.
- An understanding of paid channels, marketing automation, attribution, and how to connect those dots to outcomes.
- Great instincts on what makes a good offer or landing page — and the willingness to roll up your sleeves and improve it!
- Comfort in a high-ownership, low-ego environment where we’re all rowing the same direction.
- Clear, candid communication and a healthy sense of curiosity.
Compensation Range- $90,000-$120,000 based on experience
