People Operations Internship (Summer 2026)

Workshop is looking for a People Operations Intern to help support and enhance the Workshop People Operations team. You will be supporting tasks across recruiting, internal events, office management, and general HR duties. This role reports to our Head of People Operations. 

*This is a hybrid role based in our Omaha, Nebraska office.

As a People Operations Intern, you will:

• Help with recruitment coordination 
• Work on process improvements with our ATS Greenhouse
• Office management tasks (restock food, office expansion needs, etc)
• Plan and execute monthly office activities & intern social events
• Support all-company retreat planning & execution
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and new hire benefits enrollment
• Partner with team members to plan, coordinate, and lead a training program for other interns
